✅ Revealed Lamborghini Urus Performante will be released this year: More aggressive, the power can reach 700 horsepower

Lamborghini is about to introduce two new versions of the Urus to customers in 2022.

The first and also mentioned version is the mid-life facelift of the Lamborghini Urus Evo, which is expected to slightly increase the operating parameters of the SUV and bring some minor upgrades inside and out.

Meanwhile, the second version that has just appeared in Europe is an even higher performance version called Performante. The car is expected to launch later this year or early next year with parameters even higher than the Lamborghini Urus Evo when it is rumored to have a capacity of 700 horsepower to effectively confront the Aston Martin DBX707 that has just launched earlier this year.

The car design, compared to the regular Urus versions, has an exclusive bonnet with separate cooling vents on both sides, tweaked headlights and some additional air vents for the front bumper while the available air vents are also available. rework, do it again.

Some other changes on the Lamborghini Urus Performante are said to come from an improved suspension system for high-speed performance and large-format high-performance brakes. The Urus, despite its sporty SUV nature, has a suspension system that provides a very good level of comfort in everyday driving.

The Lamborghini Urus Performante version, if you want to be appreciated, needs to continue to maintain a balance between comfort and sport instead of focusing too much on the second factor.

✅ Take a look in front of the Lamborghini Urus Performante – the “supercar” of the SUV line

Rumors that Lamborghini is planning to launch a high-performance version of the Urus have been around since early May, but so far information about that model has been very scarce.

According to Jonny Lieberman of Motor Trend, Lamborghini’s new super SUV will be called Urus Performante, the car will be available in about two years with many improvements in power, aerodynamics and lighter weight than the current Urus.

To make it easier for us to imagine the Lamborghini Urus Performante, Motor1 created a digital build. Accordingly, the high-performance version of the Urus will have changes focused on the front of the car with larger air vents integrated on the front bumper, a new larger splitter.

And yet, the door steps and side braces are also made more aggressive, right above there is the appearance of decorative strips in the color of the Italian flag. The wheel hubs look noticeably stiffer and more muscular, enough to accommodate large Y-shaped rims wrapped in performance Michelin tires. The car will also get a new fixed rear spoiler.

Regarding the mechanical upgrades, many rumors claim that the Lamborghini Urus Performante (if it is actually produced) will not use a hybrid powertrain, instead, this super SUV will draw power from an internal combustion engine. Traditionally large capacity, enough to produce impressive performance numbers.

Currently, Lamborghini Urus is equipped with a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine producing 641 horsepower and maximum torque of 850 Nm, combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Most likely, the Urus Performante will still use this V8 engine, but it will be upgraded to produce more power.

In keeping with the huge amount of power, the Urus Performante is also expected to have some adjustments in the suspension and brakes. The car interior can also be supplemented with sportier seats with large cushions, carbon fiber materials and Alcantara are also expected to use more.

✅ Lamborghini Urus Performante – High performance version has been revealed

The high-performance version of the “super cow” Lamborghini Urus Performante has been gradually revealed. Many sources, this version will be transferred at an expensive price.

The MotorTrend site has exploited sources from inside Lamborghini and is known that the Italian car brand is quietly developing a special version of the Urus, with higher performance than the milestone we see now. It is likely that this new car model will be released in the next 2 years. Here are the details that MotorTrend exploits about this model:

“The temporary name is Urus Performante with features of greater power and maximum weight reduction, special suspension, sports tires and leading active and passive aerodynamics. introduced after the Cayenne Turbo Coupe GT/GT5 and ranked “above” to the new line of cars from Porsche”.

Unfortunately, the parameters related to the high-performance version of Urus have not been revealed yet. However, this is quite understandable because the car launch schedule is too far away. Lamborghini Urus standard version is equipped with 4.0L V8 engine, twin turbocharger 641 horsepower, 850 Nm torque combined with 8-speed automatic transmission.

Urus is based on the chassis with luxury cars Porsche Cayenne and Bentley Bentayga. The need for a high-performance version is inevitable because Porsche Cayenne and Bentley Bentayga have both launched higher-spec versions on the market. Bentley Bentayga Speed is equipped with W12, 6.0L twin-turbo engine, for a maximum capacity of 626 horsepower, maximum torque of 900 Nm. Meanwhile, the Porsche Turbo S E-Hybrid Cayenne has a maximum power of 677 hp and 849 Nm of torque.

Not only the above change, Lamborghini Urus Performante is equipped with its own body kit with drastic changes in the air intakes and wheel arches (this part will be increased in size). In addition, the car uses a larger exhaust pipe, the interior compartment is upgraded in a dedicated sport direction, using carbon fiber and Alcantara materials.

However, before the launch of the Lamborghini Urus Performante, the hybrid version will be released later this year or early next year at the latest.
