Under gov. guidelines the property market is still open. Rightmove.com displays the same message. We are providing a way for people to see properties for sale without needing to arrange in person viewings. It’s the same as an agent doing a property video except instead of just a few people seeing it hundreds of thousands can see the videos on our channel. Agents can send the videos to clients and some even integrate the videos into their Rightmove listings. Overall providing a safer way for people to view houses and keeping within guidelines. (Only serious buyers will do an in-person viewing after watching the video).
We have all the relevant licenses and insurances to be agents and we do also act as buyers agents for specific clients. We could demonstrate this to any authority if required. Please understand we aren’t trying to put anyone’s life in danger, it’s actually the opposite by creating an alternate safer way for people to view properties. It does work as we’ve had agents confirm people have reserved properties from the videos. This is also our job and we do not come under any ‘furlough’ or ‘grant’ scheme therefore have to create these videos.
