Steps:
1. Prep the lips with Prep + Prime Lip.
2. Line and fill in the lips with Lip Pencil in Half-Red.
3. Apply Lipstick in Amorous, using a 316 Brush.
4. Place a tissue over the lips to absorb the moisture.
5. Keeping the tissue on, lightly dust Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder over the top, using a 224 Brush, to create a matte finish underneath.
